TRAINING

Our professional personnel are well trained in the latest cleaning procedures and safety precautions. Their performance is evaluated regularly by Management Personnel during their on site visits and observations. We take great care that only properly trained personnel are involved in the maintenance of your property. Our Supervisors are educated in the areas of safety, cleaning techniques, training, communications, personnel management and leadership.

Ensure that our operations comply with applicable Health, Safety and Environmental Laws and Regulations.

Implement controls to protect all personnel involved in our activities, prevent Pollution and Protect Biodiversity.

Provide Health, Safety and Environmental training to our employees and actively promote awareness of related issues.

Ensure that suppliers are aware of our policies and standards and where necessary, help them to raise their standards.

Consult and respond to other stakeholders on our performance and work with Government and other Regulatory Bodies in the formulation of Laws, Policies and Regulations aiming to protect Health, Safety and Environment.

TIMINGS

We operated on 08 hrs shift basis with Sundays & Gazetted holidays as off days. The timings will be decided mutually. Evening shift is applicable wherever required.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE TIME

A “Priority Situation” at a customer site is handled by the 24-hour emergency response team, capable of responding immediate and rectify to any unexpected situation which may arise. Cell phones are being provided to the Management Staff to take respond action against any Emergency Respond Moment.
